*Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and internal issue with USPS, we are currently seeing slower transit and later delivery times. Generally orders are arriving within a 2 to 4 business day window in the US, but some may take longer depending on the location. International orders have been arriving around 24 to 35 days, depending on location.

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped within three to five business days from the order date, unless otherwise stated. Occasionally items may be out of stock or on backorder. All orders being sent are shipped via USPS or Fedex. 

Once your order ships, please allow between two and ten days for delivery, depending on your location. For international orders, customs clearance may vary depending on the country, and you may be charged additional tariffs or fees. These additional charges are your responsibility.

Tracking information with details of the order will be sent via email once the order has been processed and shipped. If you require special shipping needs, please contact us at hello@thepawtribe.com. 

RETURNS

We want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We will accept the return of any unused items, except for final sale items, within 30 days of delivery. Please follow the directions below for returns. We would also love to hear your feedback, so please drop us a note. 

For all returns, customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to us. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment, and returns are processed within ten business days of receiving your package. Please email us at hello@thepawtribe.com to get started on the return process.  

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards. 

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order.  Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to process direct exchanges.
